A Part of You
Sometimes you spend so much time with something it seems to a part of who you are. Such it is with these old textbooks from college that have been collecting dust in the closet for the last ten years. They helped us learn things we use everyday. I hope to use some of them again another day. For the rest of them, they get to collect dust somewhere else. Fond farewell, we had a good run.

We Need Chocolate Milk
Conversation with my four year old:
Can we get chocolate milk at the store?
Maybe, sometimes it's expensive. Do you know what expensive is?
No.
It means it's more money than regular milk.
Do you have more money than regular milk?
Probably. Sometimes you save your money
for things you need and not spend it on things you just want.
.....We need chocolate milk.

Quote of the Week
Awhile back we were talking about the creation, plants, animals and such. Our three year old got excited and said, "What about the people Heavenly Father kicked out of the bushes?"

Laundry
At our house laundry can be a lingering thing. Some weeks it doesn't get done before the next week's batches are ready to be washed. This often leads to a lack of efficient way to take the dirty clothes downstairs to the laundry room because the basket is in use. This week has been one of those weeks. This morning I discovered away to get last week and this week's laundry done and put away, some of next week's done, grocery shopping and offers of babysitting. You just have to get real sick, lie in bed all day and look like you will pass out at any minute. I think next week I'll just do the chores.

Significant Day
There are days that are pivotal and significant in your life.
Today was one of those days, when you ring the bell
as
you walk out the door.

Playing
Yesterday we played.
In the irrigation water at great- grandpa's house,
and in a bounce house at Aunt M's birthday party.
Fun times!
